Ryan DeJesus was a systems administrator at WBUR.

During this time, he fine-tuned his skills in maintaining daily operational systems, provided comprehensive troubleshooting support, mentored teams on IT support, techniques, and customer relations, as well as ensuring smooth transitions between software installations, device synchronization, and overall workplace functionality.
