Sadea-Leanna Ferguson joined WBUR in 2022 as the events business manager on the Business Partnerships team.

In her role, she works with diverse clientele groups, organizing unique private events in WBUR’s premiere event venue, CitySpace.

Sadea has worked in event management for the better part of 15 years, curating functions in the nonprofit, legal, public health and communication technology industries.

While living in the DC area, Sadea became a credentialed CMP while also working as a wedding planner, which despite the intense demands, solidified events as the field that spoke to her heart.

A graduate of Fenway’s Emmanuel College, Sadea spends her free time listening to music, indoor rock climbing and cooking up soulful vegan dishes.
