Sylvia Brown pursued a career in international development after earning her B.S. and M.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Now a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, she is launching Sylvia Brown Smart Donors to provide workshops and online courses, specifically for mid-level donors. She is an Encore Public Voices Fellow.
