Tom Croswell is president and CEO of Tufts Health Plan, one of the region's largest non profit health plans providing health coverage for everyone, regardless of age or life circumstance. Croswell serves as the chair of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, and also sits on the board of America's Health Insurance Plans.
