Zoe Vrabel is the Salesforce Program Manager at WBUR, managing the station’s Salesforce team. Previously, she spent over 12 years at education non-profit InsideTrack, where she worked in analytics and managed the organization’s large-scale Salesforce migration. She has also spent time working as a research assistant on a landmark health insurance study and as a financial analyst.

Zoe earned a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Reed College and a Master’s in Education Policy from UC Berkeley. In her spare time, she is a competitive pinball player and former women’s world champion of pinball.
