Feminist Icon Gloria Steinem Endorses Coakley

The founding editor of Ms. magazine said Martha Coakley is "the one candidate who can give Massachusetts a future as proud and pioneering as its past."

Steinem continued: "As the first woman ever to represent Massachusetts in the U.S. Senate, (Coakley) will be (a) historic advocate for women and families."
