In his rookie year, he's transitioned between left tackle and right tackle — on and off his quarterback's "blind side" — and Sunday he takes the field against the New England Patriots in the playoffs.

Michael Oher, the protagonist behind the popular book-turned-movie, "The Blind Side," has continued his rags-to-riches story by starting every game for the Baltimore Ravens this season.

The Ravens selected Oher in the first round of the NFL Draft in April of 2009. In early December, the movie that chronicled his life became the No. 1 movie in America.

Before that, however, while Oher was still playing at the University of Mississippi, WBUR's Tom Ashbrook interviewed the book's author, Michael Lewis, and Oher's adopted mother, Leigh Ann Tuohy.
