Looking Out: Halifax, Nova Scotia's 'Jewel' Of A Waterfront

Halifax's waterfront, with its 3.8-kilometer long harbor walkway, is a "jewel" in the words of Canada's general consul to New England, Neal LeBlanc. Unlike at the Boston waterfront, residents and tourists are treated to nearly unbroken views along the whole length.
We spoke with LeBlanc and asked him: What does Halifax's harbor accomplish?
