One Dead, Three Hurt After Shooting At Mass. Club

Police say one person is dead and three others hurt after they were shot inside a Lawrence club. Police say two suspects were caught after a car chase and face murder charges.

Police identified the suspects as 30-year-old Johan Saint Clair and 27-year-old Fernando Guerrero, both of Lawrence. Police didn't immediately release the victims' names.

Police Chief John Romero said the shooting began at La Guira restaurant at 12:45 a.m. Monday, killing one man and injuring a man and a woman, who were in critical condition at a Boston hospital. A waitress was hit in the leg and was in stable condition at a local hospital.

Romero said it wasn't immediately clear if the suspects were in the club before the shooting or walked in and started firing. He said the motive was under investigation.
