Analysis: A Number Of Factors To Consider When Redistricting

With the news that the state will lose a congressional seat in 2012, several members of the state's delegation are already posturing to save their seats, with none saying they plan to leave voluntarily.

WBUR's political analyst Dan Payne joined Bob Oakes during Wednesday's Morning Edition to discuss the redistricting process. According to Payne, there are a number of factors the Massachusetts Legislature will have to consider before it makes a final decision on redistricting.
