Mass. Baby Found Safe In Va. After Amber Alert
Update at 3:45 p.m.: The AMBER Alert has been cancelled.
Authorities say the child is safe after they arrested her mother, Cheryl Kozaczek, in Virginia.

Massachusetts State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a 3-month-old Westfield girl authorities believe was abducted by her mother, who does not have legal custody.

Police say 28-year-old Cheryl Kozaczek left her home at about 1 a.m. Wednesday with 3-month-old Gaebria Kozaczek.
Preliminary information indicates there may be reason to fear for the child's safety.
They are believed to be in a gray 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with the Massachusetts license plate 85Z H15.
Cheryl Kozaczek is described as white, about 5-feet-4, about 115 pounds, with long brown hair with blond highlights. She was last seen wearing a lightweight tan sport coat, black jeans and black Army boots.
The infant, Gaebria, has a full head of brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink and black striped tights with what was described as a pink night shirt.
Anyone who sees the mother, child or pickup truck is urged to immediately call 911 or State Police at 508-820-2121. Click here for more information.
