Coming Back To School After Conn. Shootings
PlayWith the Newtown, Conn., mass shooting on their minds, many parents dropped their kids off at school Monday with great uneasiness, and school administrators had to be ready to answer questions from students about the terrible shooting.
WBUR's All Things Considered host Sacha Pfeiffer called the principal of Brown Elementary School in Natick, Kirk Downing, and asked him what his school did Monday to be ready for sensitive conversations with its students.
