Mass. Grapples With New Medical Marijuana Law

As of Tuesday, it is now legal for patients with debilitating medical conditions and permission from the state to use marijuana for medical purposes. It will also be legal to grow a limited quantity of marijuana for medical use. But even as the new law kicks in, there are no rules or procedures in place to govern marijuana use — and that may cause some confusion.

WBUR's Monica Brady-Myerov joined Bob Oakes on Morning Edition to sort it out.
