Members of the Massachusetts congressional delegation voted unanimously in favor of the fiscal cliff deal that passed the U.S. House late Tuesday night.

The key feature of the bill, which was approved by the Senate early Tuesday, is a tax hike on individuals making more than $400,000 a year and couples making more than $450,000.

Retiring Rep. Barney Frank, who joined WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss the deal and challenges facing the new Congress, says the deal isn't perfect but it was the best lawmakers could get.

This program aired on January 2, 2013.
