Two Charged In Parking Garage Beating

This article is more than 7 years old.

Two men face charges for their alleged roles in a fight at a Boston parking garage, and investigators are looking for more than a dozen other suspects.

A state police spokesman says troopers were called to the parking garage at the State Transportation Building at 2:43 a.m. on Jan. 27, after reports of a large brawl. They discovered four people injured, including two men who were hurt so severely they had to be hospitalized.

Surveillance cameras and bystanders recorded the fight, which helped investigators track down Trong Huynh, 25, and Robert Tran, 27. The men were arrested last week and arraigned on charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

Twelve other suspects have been summoned to appear in Boston Municipal Court. Investigators are trying to identify three other people involved in the fight.
