Video: New England Aquarium Welcomes New Seal Pup
The New England Aquarium this week welcomed a new addition to its family of rare northern fur seals, and it's a cutie. On Tuesday night, Ursula, a 15-year-old seal, gave birth to her second pup in two years. Trainers have not been able to get close enough to determine the sex of the pup, but this video shows it bonding with its mother:
The aquarium staff expects the pup will be introduced to the public sometime in early fall.
