Kayyem: I Know How To Get Government Working When It Matters Most
PlayJuliette Kayyem, a former homeland security adviser to Gov. Deval Patrick and President Obama, has officially launched her bid for governor of Massachusetts.
The Democrat, who is also a former civil rights lawyer, this week resigned as a columnist for The Boston Globe and left her position as a contributor to CNN to get ready for the campaign.
She joined WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss her candidacy.
