Sawyer Petrick, John Pavia, Michael Oldcorn and Terry Bartrug appeared in Brighton District Court Friday afternoon on charges of keeping a disorderly house, Boston Police Sgt. Mike O’Hara said, according to BU Today.

The four were ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol and are due back in court in April.

Police say a recent party thrown by the students in January violated the probation terms they were given after a party in September which included more than 200 people.

BU Today also reports that Zeta Beta Tau — the fraternity the men were believed to be connected with — has been suspended by the school's dean of students in the wake of the arrests.

Boston Police have been cracking down on student houses in the Allston-Brighton area that repeatedly cause disturbances.
