Hurricane Arthur Forces Long-Running Boston Tradition To Begin, End Early

Thanks to Hurricane Arthur, this is turning out to be the year of making alterations to a long-running tradition in Boston.

Not only was the annual July 4th celebration on the Esplanade held a day early, it was also abbreviated.
