2 Pipeline Proposals Compete To Power Mass.

04:06

During the deep-freeze last winter, Massachusetts power companies came dangerously close to running short on natural gas to generate electricity.

Listen above to a full report on the proposals from WBUR's Bruce Gellerman.

This segment aired on September 17, 2014.
