Despite MassDOT Board's Support, MBTA Head Beverly Scott Steps Down

In a surprising turnaround, MBTA General Manager Beverly Scott submitted a letter of resignation Wednesday. It came amid crippling storm-related problems on the T that continue today. Just hours earlier, the transportation department board of directors had given Scott their support. WBUR's Jack Lepiarz reports.
