Would Tsarnaev Enter A Guilty Plea?

With opening statements coming this week in the trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, and now that a federal appeals court has ruled again that the trial cannot be moved out of Boston, there is some speculation that perhaps Tsarnaev will plead guilty and avoid a trial.

It's only legal speculation, but in a case so important to Boston, we asked Nancy Gertner, a former federal judge, to join Morning Edition and talk about it.
