Gov. Baker Reflects On His First 100 Days In Office

It's been 100 days since Gov. Charlie Baker took office. That's the period of time in which new political leaders traditionally try to get their agenda off the ground.

But for Baker, it has also been a period of time when Massachusetts faced some big surprises — many of them weather related.
