Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee Enters Presidential Race

Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee is the second New Englander to enter the 2016 presidential race. Chafee joins Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders as well as former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley as challengers to the current Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton.

Rhode Island Public Radio's political reporter Ian Donnis joins Morning Edition to discuss Chafee's political resume.
