Rather than preparing for the team's first pre-season game on Thursday, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was in court Wednesday fighting his four-game suspension over the use of under-inflated footballs.

There's no resolution yet.

But the judge, who ordered Brady and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to spend the day in the court, continued pressuring both sides to reach a settlement.

WBUR's Curt Nickisch reports on what he saw in court Wednesday.

This segment aired on August 13, 2015.
