Officials Promise Thorough Investigation Into Death Of Auburn Foster Child, Injury To Another

State human services officials are promising to get to the bottom of the latest death involving a child being overseen by the state's child welfare agency.

So far, though, they have few answers about a 2-year-old girl found dead in a foster home, while a second child who lived there was found unconscious.
