Ski Season Gets Underway In New England

Sunday River in Maine, one of the state's largest ski resorts, opened a pair of trails Monday. In Vermont, Killington opened Sunday for its season pass-holders, and as of Monday, the general public can hit the slopes.

Michael Joseph, the spokesman for Killington Ski Resort, joined Morning Edition to talk about the beginning of ski season and the condition of the Killington's trails.
