Arrest Made In Connection With Fatal Shooting Outside Fenway Bar

A 26-year-old Dorchester man is facing charges in connection with the fatal shooting of an MBTA conductor near Fenway Park early Thanksgiving morning.

Dominique Carpenter-Grady was arrested Tuesday, Boston police said in a statement Thursday. He'll be arraigned on firearm-related offenses at Roxbury District Court.

Jephthe Chery, 29, of Hyde Park, died in the shooting, which also left three other men injured.

Chery was a commuter rail conductor. Police have said he was an innocent bystander in the shooting.

Last week, police cited Who's on First, the bar outside of which the incident occurred, on the grounds that the shooting created an "unsafe environment."

The bar had previously been cited in September after a different shooting.
