Attacks on synagogues in the United States are raising questions about how to stop people on the fringe from becoming terrorists.

Terrorism specialist Jessica Stern, a Boston University Pardee School of Global Studies research professor, joined WBUR's Weekend Edition host Sharon Brody to talk about the issue.
