62,000 Medical Errors Are Made Annually In Massachusetts, Report Finds

A new report out Monday morning says that every year, at least 62,000 Massachusetts residents suffer from a medical error, and the problem has not improved in the past five years.

Barbara Fain, who leads the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety,  joined WBUR's Morning Edition Bob Oakes to discuss the report.
