1 Dead After Roslindale Shooting, Second Incident In Two Days

A man was shot and killed in Roslindale Friday evening, according to Boston police. The fatal incident comes a day after a double shooting occurred in the same neighborhood.

Authorities responded to the area of 35 Paine Street in Roslindale Friday night around 10:30 p.m. where they found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, according to a statement from the Boston police. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

On Thursday, a double shooting occurred in the same neighborhood. Two men were found suffering apparent gunshot wounds in the area of 581 American Legion Highway, and one victim died of his injuries, Boston police said.
