Massachusetts has a new congressman. Democrat Jake Auchincloss now represents the state's 4th Congressional district, taking over the seat held by Joe Kennedy since 2013.

He was sworn in Sunday and joined WBUR's Morning Edition host Bob Oakes the following day.
