As Elsa Moves North, Tropical Storm Warning Issued For Mass. Coast

The National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for the entire coast of Massachusetts, as tropical storm Elsa moves north after making landfall in Florida Wednesday.

The storm is forecast to reach the state on Friday afternoon, according to the NWS.

NPR reports the storm left one person dead and several others injured in its path through the south.
