Watch: Biden speaks about student loan forgiveness following Supreme Court setback

President Biden is set to address the nation Friday following a Supreme Court decision striking down his plan to forgive up to $20,000 in student debt for individuals.

The 6-3 decision, which was split along ideological lines, rules that the Biden administration overstepped its authority in announcing the plan, which would have forgiven roughly $400 million in personal debt.
