As Monday's eclipse comes and goes, all of the talk has been about the sun and the moon. But it's the perspective from here on Earth that matters. People from across the globe, particularly in North America, gathered along the so-called path of totality, where a total eclipse could be viewed. And they brought their wonder, humor and big ideas with them.
