What's open and closed on Veterans Day in Mass.
Veterans Day falls on a Monday this year, giving many another autumn long weekend.
Most cities and towns will hold some sort of remembrance event to mark the armistice that ended World War I, though Boston holds its parade on Saturday starting at 1 p.m. The marchers will step off at the Boston Public Library, walking down Boylston Street before taking a left onto Tremont Street and ending near City Hall Plaza.

State offices: Closed.
RMV: Closed.
State courts: Closed.
Municipal offices: Closed.
Public schools: Closed.
Libraries: Closed.

Stock market: Open.
Retail locations: Open.
Liquor stores: Open after 1 p.m.
Supermarkets: Open.
MBTA: The T will operate regular service for the day.
