Gubernatorial hopeful Mike Kennealy softens his tone on the housing policy he helped craft

When Mike Kennealy was the housing secretary for former Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker, he helped write the guidelines for the MBTA Communities Act, a state law that requires cities and towns to zone for more housing near transit stations. Now, as a candidate for governor himself, Kennealy says the state should use a light touch in enforcing those rules.
