Boston city councilor wants other cities and towns to chip in on mental health, addiction resources

Boston City Councilor John FitzGerald argues that a regional demand for Boston's mental illnesses and addiction services is a burden on city taxpayers. He wants neighboring cities and towns to do more to help fund treatment efforts.
