R.I. attorney general releases report detailing decades of clergy sexual abuse in Providence Diocese

A new report found dozens of Catholic priests sexually abused more than 300 children in Rhode Island over decades. The long-awaited report on clergy abuse in the Diocese of Providence was released by the Rhode Island attorney general's office Wednesday.

Ocean State Media's David Wright reports that it is the first independent overview of the Diocese’s handling of sexual abuse claims dating back to 1950.
