Alex Spektor's twin sons, Lenny and Moishe, were born premature to a surrogate in Kyiv, Ukraine. He and his partner, Irma Nuñez, contacted a specialist evacuation team of U.S. Army veterans to transport the twins to Poland when Kyiv was being attacked by Russian forces. (NPR)
