Dairy farmers are starting to think creatively in order to survive. At Hedgebrook Farm in Winchester, Va., customers invest in a cow, like this one, in exchange for a gallon of milk per week. Hedgebrook Farm owner Kitty Nicholas says if it weren't for the program, she wouldn't be able to exist by milking only 20 cows.
