The typical asymmetrical lymphedema (lower limb swelling) seen in podoconiosis. The skin on the affected limbs is thickened with warty and mossy nodules. The toes are disfigured with joint fixation typical of advanced podoconiosis disease. (ASTMH & AJTMH)
