Folkston is a small rural town not far from the Florida-Georgia line. Known for its scenic swamp and railroad traffic, the area has few major employers and struggles to keep workers from moving to bigger cities like Jacksonville, Fla., just an hour down the road. The jobs created by the Folkston ICE detention facility will bring much-needed jobs, but some locals don't want their town associated with the Trump administration's divisive immigration enforcement practices.
