The Indianapolis Colts have been without their star quarterback Payton Manning all season, as the future Hall of Famer has been sidelined with a neck injury. The Colts are also in the middle of one of the most disappointing campaigns in team history with their record at an NFL rock-bottom 0-13.

Indy Star reporter Bob Kravitz joined Bill Littlefield to discuss the misfortune and future of the Colts.

To keep Manning's services next season, Indianapolis needs to pay him a lump sum of $28 million in March. Kravitz argues the Colts "best option" is to let Manning walk away and use the first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to select Stanford University quarterback Andrew Luck.
