Captain Cutthroat

He’s very large, very scary, and has serious pirate energy. Captain Cutthroat is the leader of a raucous band of swash-bucklers roaming the Sac, wielding harpoons, and picking fights with Brutus Bright’s tin security officers. Cutthroat has a strange obsession with clocks and could benefit from a bit of anger management counseling. If you ever hear his war cry — “TOCK-TICK!” — we suggest running. But maybe there’s more to Cutthroat than an ugly purple neck scar. Maybe, below the surface, there’s a man who believes the world can be fixed if we work together. Maybe? (Probably not, but we had to write something.)
