Artist Stakes Out Floating Plot Of Paradise On Fort Point Channel

For about a month, artist Heidi Kayser has been hanging out on an 8 foot by 8 foot floating dock in the middle of Fort Point Channel between the Congress and Summer Street bridges. Currently, Kayser's dock is decorated like a living room, but she's played golf out there, ironed her laundry, planted a garden and conducted any number of household activities for all to see.

We paddle out for a visit to talk with the artist about her project.
