'Introducing Hey Rim Jeon' And The Language Of Jazz

Hey Rim Jeon left South Korea at the age of 18 in pursuit of her musical passion. She is a classically trained pianist, but has always had an ear for pop, R&B and perhaps most importantly, jazz. She came to Boston in order to study at the Berklee College of Music, and eventually became the school's first Korean professor. She has continued to compose and perform, and has just released her fourth album, "Introducing Hey Rim Jeon."

Hey Rim Jeon will be performing with her band at Scullers Jazz Club in Allston on Tuesday, June 19 at 8:30 p.m.
