For the first time in a generation, Bostonians will elect a new mayor. WBUR is taking stock of the city that the new mayor will lead, looking at the challenges each neighborhood faces, square by square.

WBUR's Curt Nickisch reports on Andrew Square, the part of South Boston that has maybe changed the least in the 20 years since Mayor Menino was first elected. Residents there are struggling with drugs and crime, and seeking some of the improvements other parts of Southie have enjoyed, like safer streets and more development.
