Boston's City Hall has been called many things - an "eyesore," an "ugly intergalactic spaceship," the "world's ugliest building." Now, state representative and Boston mayoral candidate Marty Walsh is weighing in with a proposal to move the seat of city government elsewhere and sell City Hall and the surrounding plaza to a private developer.
