Online video-chatting is now commonplace. In fact, the video chat pioneer “Skype” has an estimated 800 million users worldwide. While you may use Skype or Apple's Face Time for personal or professional video chats, chances are you don't use it talk with your doctor. But video conferencing, or tele-health, may be the way you'll soon see your medical professional for a check-up.
